About Zeke

Zeke was our best dog ever!  He taught us unconditional love and loyalty, pure joy, and complete trust – always wagging his tail even at the end of his life.  Zeke was cautiously curious – never wanting to stray too far from us but constantly exploring his surroundings.  Zeke’s energy for life was contagious – he made friends with everyone he came across.

Zeke was a gentle soul who was especially good with children. My nieces would climb all over him, and he never complained. Zeke loved to cuddle and was always happy to see us – no matter how long we were gone. He was a happy dog that would constantly wag his tail, and occasionally when he was really happy, we’d get a helicopter tail from him. Zeke was good-looking with soft fur and silky smooth ears. You couldn’t help but want to reach out to touch him. He frequently received compliments – even from strangers. We loved our time with Zeke, and we still miss him tremendously!

Zeke was such a big presence in our lives that we decided to name our sailboat after him, and we created this site so his memory could live on.
