Grilling Out
Summer is here, and it’s grilling out season again! I previously shared about our Weber Grill, and how we buy propane for it to save money … but let me share another easy dinner recipe that we make.
Steak Kabobs

What you need:
Ingredients listed per person.
- 5 – 7 oz ribeye steak
- ½ yellow onion
- 3 – 4 mushrooms
- 4 campari tomatoes
- kabob sticks
- McCormick’s Steak Seasoning
- oil
- apple cider vinegar
Steps:
- Cut steak into cubes.
- Mix seasoning packet and marinate steak with oil and vinegar for 1 – 24 hours.
- Cut onions, wash mushrooms and tomatoes.
- After marinating, skewer steak and veggies to your liking.
- Dump remaining marinade over skewers
- Preheat grill to 350° – 400°.
- Grill corn-on-the cob for 15 minutes.
- Add skewers for 15 minutes and flip halfway.

Prep Time ~15 minutes, Marinate up to 24 hours, Cook Time ~30 minutes
