Wind was pushing us into the dock so Kyle gave 1 big push and got us moving in the right direction. He backed out and turned us perfectly for our 1st disembarking experience. For our 1st sail of the 2023 season, we just put up the main.
Wind died after 90 minutes and it’s super calm. We were on our way to float in front of our beach in Michiana when our navigation system shut off at ~12:20 pm. We couldn’t get it working. So our day sort of shifted … we decided to go home.
Very few boats out on the lake but when we were leaving the harbor, we crossed a boat coming in (go figure!)
